Key tasks. In this broad, multifaceted and central role for the success of the company, you are in joint responsibility with a management colleague for the Marketing and Purchasing department. In addition to the classic competencies for marketing, assortment, price and communication, you will be in charge of the Austrian national company together with your Management College. In the context of current market and consumer needs and trends, you will be able to maintain, optimize and increase the radiance of the dm brand in both stationary and online. Your department initiates and manages numerous marketing projects whose design and implementation are supported by you. The management of important industrial partnerships and the resignation of business interests in negotiations plays an essential role. In your role, you have a holistic view and delegate responsibility to the highly committed team. The value-adjusted leadership and motivation of your employees and their continuous development are particularly important. As a member of the Executive Board, you understand yourself as a team player:in and see the great and the whole as well as the needs of your department and bring both in harmony. Internally and vis-à-vis the external public, you represent the company credible and convincing.

Qualifications. We are looking for a conversation with people who combine their relevant professional experiences and their demonstrable successes with a convincing personality. In order to meet this entrepreneurial challenge, you have a profound knowledge of marketing and purchasing, ideally from the trade environment or the consumer goods industry, on the basis of an economics study or comparable training. You bring appropriate experiences from a modern, internationally established and comparable complex organization. Basic personal requirements are general entrepreneurial thinking, a high self-motivation and an ambitious, open-minded and human-oriented attitude. Design and implementation strength, an analytical and persevering way of working, your number affinity and a strong interest in organizational development are yours.
