Area of responsibility: – Head of Artemacur Spa in all technical and organizational matters – Ensuring an excellent guest experience – from advice to treatment – Responsibility for compliance with quality, hygiene and service standards – Leadership and development of the Spa team with empathy and professionalism – further development of the offer in close coordination with the health centre – Planning training, meetings and internal processes – Working with spa-specific marketing actions and offering optimizations – Organisation of orders, storage and inventory

Profile: – Funded training in the spa, wellness or hotel area – Experience in a leading position, preferably in the elevated wellness hotel industry – Joy of holistic health and wellness philosophy – Clear attitude, organizational talent and a sense for people – Very good German and good English skills – readiness to weekend and holiday services
