Your duties

• Care and advice of existing customers
• Identification of new sales opportunities
• Creation and tracking of offers and order management in SAP
• Support for market research and competition analysis
• Maintenance of sales statistics and reports
• Planning and support of sales

Our requirements

• Commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for dialogue marketing or office businessman
• readiness for active telephone sales
• Good MS Office knowledge, ideally also SAP experience
• German language
• Embossed communication strength
