As a contact person/in and Lotse/Lotsin, our customers will advise you personally, on the phone and by e-mail in full in all performance and insurance issues as well as on other topics related to AOK. You take into account individual customer needs and use our attractive additional offers for your advice. To strengthen the competitive position of AOK, you will win new customers.

You are a social security specialist or a merchant in health care with professional experience in social security. You have a well-founded knowledge of the statutory health insurance law. Ideally, you have experience in personal customer advice.
