For our clients, a successful and well-established industrial company from Goslar, we are looking for one: Creation of work contracts, changes in contracts, certificates and implementation of personnel measures with the involvement of the works council Maintenance of personnel master files, personnel records and supervision of the time economy and certification Supporting the entire recruiting process – from appointment to support interviews to onboarding new employees (m/w/d) Preparation and cooperation in the monthly billing of charges, including the maintenance of billing-relevant data and correspondence with health insurance companies and authorities Competent Consulting of Managers (m/w/d) and Employees (m/w/d) in Personally Relevant Issues and Participation in Optimizing HR Processes

(m/w/d), a specialist (m/w/d) or a social security specialist (m/w/d) Professional Experience: Ideally, at least two years of professional experience as a personnel officer (m/w/d), HR Business Partner (m/w/d) or as a personnel officer (m/w/d) Knowledge: Good knowledge of social security and pay tax law, very good knowledge of German Soft Skills: organizational talent, team skills and communication strength Working time: sliding time between 6.30am – 19.30am
