They ensure that our construction sites in Hamburg and Schleswig-Holstein, the cooperation between the building technology and the other construction works “by plan”. With your knowledge and commitment, you ensure that all TGA trades are carried out professionally and in accordance with the contractual requirements. By implementing efficient working methods and integrating internal processes, you optimize the interaction in the construction site team. They actively shape the construction process according to the principles of Lean Construction and thus contribute to the efficient implementation of the project. They support work preparation and planning to be in the “boot” project from the outset. You also work hand in hand with the project management at the NU assignments. They accompany the commissioning, partial closures and decreases and ensure that the TGA systems function properly. As an active team member, you will participate in conferences and run TGA meetings. Through your quality control, you ensure that the contractually defined building plan is always complied with.
