Your role Implementation of interim and final inspections of optical components and assemblies according to test plans, drawings and specifications - including receipt checks and initial sampling of new parts and suppliers to ensure serial capability
performing visual, measuring and functional testing on high-precision optical components of different material properties
Application of modern optical measurement technology (e.g. interferometers, tactile measurement technology and optical test methods for surface, shape and material evaluation)
Visual surface inspection according to DIN ISO 10110-7 or MIL (Scratch-Dig)
Creation, evaluation and documentation of test results and deviations
Assessment of components in terms of quality, conformity and technical requirements and their documentation in specific quality databases and the decision to release them
Processing of complaints and coordination with suppliers and internal interfaces
Complete technical design (e.g. fine optics, optics or comparable)
Experience in quality assurance or incoming goods inspection, ideally in the field of optics and also the handling of optical testing and measuring technology or willingness to further develop in this area
Safe handling of technical drawings, specifications and test specifications or knowledge of relevant standards (e.g. ISO 10110) are advantageous
Analytical thinkability and pronounced quality awareness
