Your future job:

You are a production engineer (m/w/d) at the Taufkirchen site for our renowned customer from the aerospace industry.

Your tasks:

• Accompanying the development of space products from the concept phase to series production in close coordination with the Industrial Leader
• Introduction of production and manufacturing experience in design, industrialization and process optimization
• Ensuring a production-oriented, cost-efficient, cleansable and testable design
• Definition and evaluation of production processes, selection of suitable methods and production of relevant production documents (e.g. MIF, Control Plans, MBOM/BOP)
• Support in the development and qualification of manufacturing tools and processes in cooperation with process specialists
• Evaluation and optimization of production costs and implementation of process stabilization measures (e.g. SPC, PFMEA, MSA)
• Active cooperation on product reviews and industrialization documentation (e.g. Justification File, DVI)
• independent processing of quality reports and continuous improvement of local processes according to internal company requirements

Your profile:

• Complete study of the field of aerospace, mechanical engineering, completed vocational training for precision mechanic, aircraft mechanic, mechanic, mechatronic or a comparable qualification
• Multiannual professional experience in manufacturing / production
• Professional experience in the industrialization of products and processes
• Experience with PLM / Teamcenter is desirable
• knowledge of quality standards and their application
• Collaboration tools knowledge required
• Good knowledge of MS-Office and SAP
• German and English knowledge in word and writing
• Service trips within Germany and France
