Specialist HR Systems and Digitalization / P&I LOGA (m/f/d)

As a key user, you take on the technical support and continuous development of our P&I LOGA personnel management system together with an experienced colleague and act as a central contact person for the users. You analyze existing HR processes, identify optimization potentials and accompany the implementation of digital solutions for further automation of our personal processes. Together with the departments, you coordinate system adaptations, test new functions and accompany updates and release changes. You take over the administration of selected LOGA modules, create evaluations and reports and ensure high data quality. In addition, you actively participate in cross-departmental projects and support the introduction of new HR applications and digital processes.

You combine IT affinity with a pronounced service orientation and work structured and solution-oriented.
