Technical and disciplinary leadership of the team in coordination with the accounting department Coordination of the creation of monthly, half-year and annual accounts and direct reporting to the Executive Board Ensuring compliance with all control-relevant requirements from a normative perspective (ICAAP, IRRBB, refurbishment, planning) Responsibility for Financial Reporting (FinRep) and ESG Disclosure Support for projects and new product processes related to balance sheet issues and support for internal and external audits

A successfully completed university degree in Business Administration, Economics or Economics, ideally focusing on bank and bank management Knowledge of financial statements (according to HGB and IFRS) and management of banks Experience in the professional and disciplined leadership of a team High technical affinity, experiences with SAP FI, BAIS and Summit are beneficial Strategic thinking, pronounced analytical skills and good communication skills
