Specialist for special tools (m/f/d)

Your tasks - shape the future together: You advise our customers professionally and sell customized solutions for automotive, automotive and agricultural engineering. You can help workshops with special tools, lifting technology and workshop equipment to increase the efficiency, ergonomics and attractiveness of their jobs. With your technical know-how, you will present our range of special tools, such as belt pulley retractors, pneumatic spring strut tensioners, bumpers and pull towers, and develop suitable application solutions together with our customers. You also advise on our lifting and workshop equipment - from ergonomic solutions to lifting platforms and balancing machines to pit lifters - and show their concrete added value in everyday workshop. You maintain an existing customer base, process qualified leads and independently gain new customer potential. In doing so, perform professional sales talks, qualify inquiries, create individual offers and make them consistent. Through product presentations and trainings for our external service colleagues, you strengthen the product and consulting competence in sales and ensure a convincing positioning of our solutions to the customer. At trade fairs and other events you represent our company, present our products and technologies and establish valuable contacts with customers and partners. You work with modern IT equipment, apps and sales systems as well as digital product and customer data available in real time. This allows you to create the best possible basis for needs-based advice and active sales.

Your profile - grow together: You have many years of professional experience in the automotive, automotive or agricultural engineering sector, or in a comparable technical environment, ideally as a mechanic or mechatronic. Continuing training as a master, technician or comparable qualification is desirable and optimally complements your practical expertise. You bring experience in sales or in the commercial sector and combine technical competence with joy in a solution-oriented customer consultation. Finding knowledge of vehicle repairs, a pronounced artisanal understanding as well as enthusiasm for special tools, lifting technology and workshop equipment. You work independently, structured and reliable. With your communication strength, your negotiation skills and your ability to enforce, you can convince different contact persons. Your strong social competence allows you to work together successfully and in partnership in a team-oriented environment. Safe handling of the common Microsoft Office applications is obvious to you. In addition, you are open to digital sales tools and modern systems. You have a class B driver's license and bring the necessary readiness to travel to serve our customers personally and effectively.
