Central Contact for Sales & Marketing You are a key player in controlling our international sales and marketing organization. You take an active austerity role, question existing strategies, develop sound business cases and carry out after-calculations. You accompany central sales and marketing measures through target-actual deviation analyses and guide concrete action recommendations. You identify optimization potentials in close cooperation with local experts and actively contribute to the further development of Go-to-Market strategies – based on benchmarking analyses within and outside the BERNER Group. You actively shape processes and strategically engage in an international environment. You take responsibility and act as a competent representative for Sales & Marketing. Business analysis with effect You are the first contact point for management in ad hoc analyses in the area of sales and marketing. You analyze international sales and marketing data, recognize sales and earnings levers and develop sound basis for decision making. You develop and evaluate KPIs for effective management of sales and marketing activities. You analyze customer data, product data, sales channels, marketing costs and campaign effectiveness – with the aim of making impact measurable. You work in an environment that not only allows critical thinking, self-initiative and active challenging, but explicitly promotes.

Completed study or comparable qualification with reference to controlling Multiannual experience in controlling, ideally in a direct sales company in the international environment Experience in creating and evaluating business cases Understanding sales processes, ideally in direct sales Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (in Excel) and ideally Power BI, SAP S/4HANA or SAP R/3 (in particular for report creation) and SAP BW Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Embossed analytical skills and high number affinity – you think in contexts and recognize patterns Communication strength and ability to critically question things – you challenge with attitude, clarity and goal orientation Self-employed, structured and process-oriented working with hand-on mentality – you also keep an overview in complex situations, set clear priorities and find pragmatic solutions when it comes to
