Inspections, maintenance and testing of heating, air conditioning, ventilation and sanitary facilities Ensuring trouble-free and economical operation of the supervised building technology Implementation of control tours and technical visits in the objects Self-employed repair, repair and optimization work on building equipment Support and support of technical operations at the local customer

Completed training as plant mechanic SHK, gas and water heater, central heating and ventilation engineer, mechatronics engineer for refrigeration technology or a comparable technical qualification Insufficient professional experience (ideally 2-3 years) in the field of building technology, maintenance or maintenance Customer-oriented, reliable and committed working methods as well as pleasure in working in the team Independent and responsible action in the technical service environment German knowledge of at least level B2 and driving licence class B
