Support for the continuous development of the MediaMarktSaturn Retail Group’s “Compliance Management System” Further development of global compliance risk management in close coordination with other functions and related departments Identification, analysis, assessment and management of compliance-relevant risks, including communication and monitoring Active participation and support of specialist departments in the design and implementation of risk-reducing measures Further development and monitoring of compliance-relevant controls Central contact point for employees of the CECONOMY Group on all compliance risk issues Preparation of presentations and reports on compliance status and risks for management and other relevant bodies Further development of KPIs to assess risk development within the CECONOMY Group Digitalization and Automation of Compliance Risk Processes

Multiannual professional experience and strong knowledge in the field of compliance or risk management in an international company Strong interest in the development, implementation and monitoring of processes, methods and procedures, including the determination of responsibilities Analytical and conceptual skills as well as the ability to work carefully and results-oriented Experience in project management Outstanding Stakeholder Management Mindset, strong communication skills, enforcement ability and readiness to deal with conflicts High level of integrity, initiative and sense of responsibility as well as ability to work in the team Intercultural competence Embossed process understanding of economic processes Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
