You take over the commercial project responsibility, including project controlling for new construction and refurbishment measures in close cooperation with the respective technical project managers and the department management You act as an interface between customers and contractors in terms of the commercial aspects with the planning dialogue for project presentation and regular updating You are responsible for controlling and reporting during the planning and implementation phase and you will follow the project objectives in terms of costs, dates and qualities. You are responsible for refinancing management within the projects and are contact persons within the BLB NRW You process the change management incl. Coordination and agreement of refinancing after coordination with technical project responsibility You are responsible for the project's medium-flow planning and control and contribute to project-related risk management

You can present a completed (special) university degree (Diplom/ Bachelor/Master) of the disciplines Architecture, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Economics or comparable disciplines. Further requirements: You already bring professional experience in the construction / real estate industry Your business expertise as well as your safe moderation and presentation skills are characterized Flexibility in the processing of new tasks is both self-confident and relevant knowledge of methods and software and a safe handling of the application of Microsoft Office You have the willingness and ability to guide a Service-Kfz You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing)

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee for employees is from the E11 Group to the E12 TV-L (approximately 53.200,00 € – approx. €82.590,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions).
