The IBZ Youth is aimed at young people with pronounced disadvantaged criteria and difficulties in the transition school – career. An intensive clearing phase is the basis for individual consultation and common perspective development. If young people continue to work-related youth assistance, long-term care in case management is followed by the IBZ Youth.

Clearing: individual case-related diagnosis, professional profiling Consulting talks on individual integration planning and perspective development Case Management: Long-term support for young people Organization of offers for personal stabilization Close cooperation with the leading bodies: supporters of young people, authorities, free institutions of youth assistance and other social actors Documentation of case work

Complete study of social education and social work (BA, MA, Diploma) or comparable profile with relevant professional experience Professional experience in the accompaniment of strongly disadvantaged young people Experience in the field of youth social work, occupational youth assistance and/or labour market instruments for the target group U 25 in the transition school career Experience in network work and contacts to organize social support offers Fun at work with young people Team spirit and cooperation willingness
