Operation and maintenance of heat pumps and gas and oil-fired boiler plants in the mass customer segment Coordination and award of maintenance and chimney sweeping contracts Coordination of tenders, awards, construction management and acceptance of construction measures Planning and control of maintenance and maintenance measures incl. SAP-PM documentation Selection, assignment and control of external service providers and suppliers Participation in the creation of concepts, performance directories and in supplier qualification (including pricing and contract design) Maintenance of technical master data and support in budget planning, billing and medium-term planning

Graduated vocational training as a plant mechanicin SHK (m/w/d), mechatronics technicianin for refrigeration and air conditioning technology or comparable in the metal/electro Training as a masterin or technicianin the field of heating, building technology, cold/air conditioning or metal/electro (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience (min. 2–3 years) in the relevant technical environment Ideally concession for gas and water installations (internal installation) Knowledge of SAP-PM of advantage
