Marketing Working Student (m/f/d)

As an online supermarket, the heart of our business is the Picnic app. Every day we work with high pressure to improve the shopping experience of our customers and make them unforgettable. We are looking for motivated, creative and curious students who support us as a marketing student in this mission.

In our Category Management Team, the bridge between product performance, digital storefront presentation and the online shopping experience is depicted. With analytical thinking and a sharp look for details, you make our digital supermarket even better and more attractive every day.

Digital Storefront & Content Optimization: You will ensure that new products and important categories are perfectly presented in the app – from attractive images and descriptions to optimal placement in the digital shelf. Tool Support & Automation: You accompany the introduction and use of new automation tools and check system data to ensure that product contents and prices are error-free for our customers. Performance & Insights: You keep an eye on sales and stock developments. If an important product does not sell as expected or availability problems occur, you will immerse yourself in the data to fix the cause and optimize the app presentation. Supply Chain & Inbound tuning: You will clarify daily commercial requests with the supply chain team to ensure that advertised products are sufficiently in stock in our logistics centers. Cross-functional cooperation: You act as a reliable interface in the daily business and help translate commercial strategies and marketing concepts into seamless app experiences.

Advanced bachelor's degree or currently in the Master's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Supply Chain Management, Economics or a comparable degree course. A sharp eye for detail, strong logical thinking and a natural curiosity to look behind the scenes and bring your own creative ideas together. Excellent organizational skills, a proactive attitude to take over responsibility and routine in dealing with daily workflows. A real affinity for the food industry and enthusiasm for working with new software systems. Time to support our team for 16 - 20 hours a week. Current knowledge of German and English.
