You: develops and monitors the annual personnel cost budget, performs forecasts and bills, analyzes deviations and develops sound recommendations for action. develops and advises relevant HR metrics, first reports for specialist departments and executives, conducts analyses and provides decision-making bases for personnel management. advises managers on personal business decisions, evaluates personnel measures in terms of their economic viability and accompany the introduction of new instruments from an economic perspective. develops the HR reporting and controlling processes, automates processes, optimizes the use of HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, BI tools) and ensures high data quality. work closely with departments, the HR department and the financial sector to ensure efficient personnel planning and control.

You: have a completed degree in the field of business, economics or a comparable qualification, ideally with a focus on controlling or personnel. brings several years of experience in HR controlling or personal controlling. has knowledge of personnel cost planning, reporting and analysis of HR key figures. have very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint) as well as good SAP skills (CO, FI, SAC, HR1). are result-oriented, pragmatic, precise, IT-affin, is highly reliable and has very good knowledge of German and English.
