Professional leadership of the development team Close technical coordination with other teams of electronics development, specialist areas from the fields of software, electrical and mechanical development, system safety, quality assurance, purchasing, manufacturing and customers/stakeholders (m/w/d) Development of 5-7 team members (m/w/d)

Creating project-specific development plans and monitoring of project processes (development process, time, cost, quality) Creating concepts, scales and offer descriptions Dissolving conflicts Creating and testing specifications and circuit designs for the development and documents for serial production and execution of design reviews Support in adapting development strategies

Successfully completed studies in electrical engineering or comparable Multiannual professional experience in electronics and/or equipment development, in the automotive sector Experience in request management and very good knowledge in the production of specifications at group level Understanding manufacturing processes in electronics manufacturing Experience in the development of safety-relevant assemblies Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Impressed communication skills and willingness to take responsibility Analytical way of thinking, flexibility, organizational ability and a pronounced technical understanding Standing for occasional missions
