Maintenance and building technology processing (m/f/d)

DOYMA is a leading manufacturer of sealing and fire protection systems based in Oyten. Our mission is to seal or seal building penetrations with pipes and cables against water, fire and flue gas. Maintenance management: You plan, coordinate and document all maintenance, maintenance and fault management for our machines, plants and buildings – you are always in close contact with internal departments and external service managers and craftsmen Invoicing & performance testing: You check input invoices, control the factual and professional performance and process the documentation Documentation & Reporting: You provide technical documentation, initial evaluations and support in the digitization of the processes Budget: You support budget planning and cost monitoring and manage spare parts Building Management: You support in ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, operator requirements and internal guidelines in the field of building technology and work safety

You have a completed commercial or technical training – ideally related to building technology and maintenance

Your technical understanding distinguishes you; ideally you have experience in maintenance and building technology

You have a safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CAFM or ERP systems

A structured, independent, careful and reliable way of working is of course for you

Organisational skills, communication strength, team orientation, cross-process thinking and high power broadness are the key

Your economic thinking and sense of responsibility characterize you

You're not too bad to pack yourself

You own the class B/BE licence
