Commercial Property Manager (m/f/d)

Our commercial building management is responsible for the care and management of the property stock used by the association. As part of your activity, you manage the leases - from rental contract negotiations to the conclusion of the contract. In your team you meet people who take responsibility and bring their personal strengths. We exchange and develop together. Are you like us? Then get yourself in: You keep an overview: You are responsible for the care and rental of commercial properties. You are the first contact person: tenants, landlords, authorities and external service providers contact you directly with their concerns. With your expertise you control cooperation with external partners: You select external service providers and suppliers, commission them and control them and monitor cooperation with you. You always work carefully: You create operating expenses, check bills for rented objects and perform accounting processes.

Education: Complete vocational training as a real estate businessman or comparable training in the real estate industry. Experience: You bring professional experience in the field of rental and management of commercial properties. Knowledge: Ideally, you bring knowledge of SAP and our CAFM system Spartacus. Personality: You are characterized by their reliability, an independent way of working as well as a pronounced communication and organizational capability.
