They are responsible for developing and implementing partner strategies, including developing and implementing concepts for long-term partnership care. They coordinate the partners and develop customer projects. They control processes and the quality of defined processes and projects. They regularly conduct performance evaluations of the partner companies and identify potential for improvement. They support sales and back-office, for example in the offer check.

They have a successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector with additional qualification as a specialist or alternatively a master or technician degree. They have extensive knowledge and professional experience in a comparable field. They have IT skills to perform the tasks mentioned. They are owned by a valid driving licence class 3 or B.
