Your tasks – we will inspire you You take the leadership and coaching of the employees, tax the administrative personnel processes and are responsible for contract management. You will ensure the correct execution of the monthly salary billing, the reporting system and the settlement of the monetary benefits and the occupational pension provision. You take into account the current requirements of the case law, collective bargaining, tax law and social security law. In continuous process optimization, you take an active role and also participate in various projects.
