Optimization of distribution logistics: You are responsible for the analysis, planning and continuous improvement of our logistics processes – so that delivery to our branches and depots becomes faster, more cost-effective and more reliable.

Control of local networks: You coordinate and optimise our regional logistics networks, work closely with suppliers and service providers and establish a reporting system to analyze performance, identify potentials and achieve maximum efficiency.

Identification of potentials in the supply chain: You analyze existing processes across the supply chain and find potential for increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

Expansion and new logistics locations: You support us in national and international expansion by developing and implementing logistics processes for new markets.

Improving Filial Delivery: You make sure that all branches are always supplied on time, in the right quantity and in the best quality.

Standardization and Digitization: You drive the digitalization and standardization of our logistics processes and use new technologies and software solutions for automation.

Project management and implementation: You take over the project management for logistics projects from A to Z – from planning to successful implementation. You always have the company goals and schedules in mind.

Innovation: You are introducing new ideas, identifying potential improvements and implementing your solutions together with your team.

A completed degree in business management, logistics, engineering or comparable training.

Multiannual experience in transport and logistics, ideally in a company with complex supply chains.

You have profound knowledge in the optimization of logistics processes and the control of supply chains – also internationally.

You have experience in project management, especially in expansion projects and the establishment of new logistics locations.

You know the digitization of logistics processes and have experience with logistics software such as TMS, WMS or ERP systems.

You think analytically and find solutions to optimize processes and reduce costs.

You can communicate clearly and work with the team – both internal departments and external partners.

Very good knowledge of German and English complete your profile.
