You are responsible for the professional and disciplinary leadership of the IT Service Management team. This includes the further development of your employees, including motivation and team building, the implementation of employee talks and budget responsibility. You design and implement a central ITSM organization in the company including strategy, tool landscape and the definition of processes (Incident / Problem / Change / Configuration / Service Request Management etc.) and guidelines according to ITIL. You take responsibility for the continuous improvement of ITSM processes, ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and service quality, monitor KPIs and conduct audits.

A successfully completed study of computer science or business informatics or comparable training is the ideal precondition for this position. You can demonstrate several years of professional and management experience with regard to IT service management, the construction and management of ITSM teams and the implementation of ITSM tools. You have profound knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices. You can distinguish your communication strength and distinct problem-solving competence.
