Project Manager | SF-Hochbau (m/f/d)

You are experienced in the project execution of complex construction projects. You always have a look at our high quality standards and compliance with the time and cost frames of our Berlin construction projects. You are competent in the conduct of contract-relevant correspondence with the subcontractors, contractors and involved project participants. You are familiar with detailed project preparation and reliably accompany the tendering and award phase for the after-contractors. You are experienced in construction monitoring and are focused on compliance with the current regulations, regulations and regulations. You are competent in the regular construction site documentation as well as in the conduct of (construction) meetings and the contractually relevant correspondence with the contractors or the client. You have a pronounced cost awareness, planning skills and enforcement capability. You are team-oriented and a competent contact for our business partners and customers.

You have a degree in the field of civil engineering / architecture or a technical training with further qualification as technician or master (w/m/d). You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in project management or 10 years in the construction management of construction projects, in particular in the implementation of construction measures in the construction of raw and turnkey construction. You work independently, responsibly and solution-oriented and maintain a partnership with the construction participants. Good communication and team skills are important to you. You control a safe handling of the current MS Office programs and MS project, bring knowledge to RIBiTWO (formerly ARRIBA) and do not hesitate to deal with digital software solutions.
