Invoicing check: Formal and factual audit and booking of invoices Implementation of the correct preconfiguration Regular coordination with internal departments in case of uncertainty Payment processing: Preparation and implementation of weekly numbers Consistent monitoring of payment deadlines and optimal use of discount Professional management of open liabilities Accounting & voting: Current creditor accounts vote clarification of differences and disagreements directly with suppliers Active support for the monthly, quarterly and annual work Supplier communication: Central contact person for suppliers in all invoice and payment questions Solution-oriented vote on open or incorrect invoices Processes & systems: Careful maintenance and updating of supplier master files Process automation drivers: Active coordination of modern workflows and continuous optimization of digital input accounting.

Education: Successfully completed basic commercial education and/or higher qualification Ideally with a further education in the field of accounting Experience: Founded professional experience in creditor accounting, in the German, preferably German, Polish and Austrian environment. Working method: A very precise, structured and independent way of working High quality awareness IT knowledge: Safe handling of common ERP systems (SAP ECC, SAP HANA, preferably too. VIM) Good MS Office knowledge (in Excel) Personality: Communication strength and enforcement capability in handling suppliers and internal interfaces Team spirit and reliability Spachen: German language skills Any other language (French/English) is a welcome advantage.
