MRT Coordinator (m/f/d)

You coordinate the timing of MRT investigations in close coordination with the radiological team, the outpatients and the stations You take over the central coordination between assigning departments, MTR team and medical service for optimal utilization of MRT capacities You support the appointment of elective MRT investigations and prioritise competing requests Administrative activities (e.g. documentation, patient reception, preparation of reconnaissance documents) are also part of your task

You have a completed training in the medical field as a health care and nursing workerin, medical specialist (MFA), merchant / health department, medical assistant Physician (B.Sc.) or a comparable qualification Very good German knowledge (min C1) as well as a safe handling of the current MS Office programs and SAP knowledge complement your profile You are an open minded personality with empathy and joy in dealing with patients and have a courtesy and service-oriented appearance You bring strong organisational ability, communication strength and team capacity Experience in appointment coordination or patient management is advantageous
