Coordination and control of commercial administrative processes in the construction and project environment Support in order preparation and processing Organization, care and development of internal processes, guidelines and documentation Administrative and organisational support in daily business Coordination of external service providers (e.g. facility management, insurance, authorities) Creation and maintenance of reports and administrative overviews Support for budget monitoring and cost control in administrative areas Ensuring compliance with internal requirements (e.g. compliance, data protection)

Completed commercial training, studies (e.g. BWL, economic law) or a comparable background. Alternatively: Professional entry as a lawyer:in (e.g. business law) with interest in organisational and commercial issues First experience in an administrative, coordinating or organisational function Quick conception and structured, independent working Representative organisational and coordination center Safe handling of MS Office Very good knowledge of German and good English in word and writing High reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility Experience in building, real estate or project environment is advantageous, but no prerequisite
