IT Administrator - MS Teams / Exchange / Azure (m/w/d)

a prestigious literature publisher, which includes the fields and publishers Belletristik, Kinder- und Jugendbuch, Sachbuch, Hanser Berlin, hanserblau and Zsolnay

an important technical publisher offering a wide range of books, eBooks, eLearnings, journals and portals to engineering, technology, computer science and business applied to the topics

At our publishing locations Munich, Berlin and Vienna approx. 200 colleagues. Together we publish approx. 400 books and as many eBooks, publish 6 journals, maintain and market 6 specialist portals and equip the Hanser eLibrary. You configure and maintain MS Teams, Exchange Online and other Office applications in the M365 cloud. The support of the Windows/Entra-ID domain (user/roll/right management) is one of your tasks You install and configure devices, package and distribute software and help your colleagues to secure all systems In the second level support, you advise and attend our users. In case of disturbances, you quickly intervene and use your experiences You are contact:in for the CTO for the implementation of new services and the evaluation of new hardware and software. To implement the projects, you tax and coordinate external service providers You work with the continuous improvement of processes and start internal training documents and documentation

You have a completed training as a professional informant:in for system integration or you are a cross-comer:in with specialist knowledge and multi-year professional experience You have deeper knowledge of MS Teams, Office 365, Exchange Online, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune - and optimally you bring one or more Microsoft certifications with You have a pronounced hand-on mentality, a lot of desire for new things and like both independent work and work in the team You like to communicate and have patience and empathy - especially when it comes to explaining complex IT topics in a comprehensible way You have excellent knowledge of German and good English skills that complete your profile
