A home that connects security, self-determination and community - In our two living facilities in Erbach we create living spaces for people with disabilities: “Am Brühl” 44 clients find a barrier-free home in a central location. The “Erlenhof” offers 17 people in a quiet, green location a family living area with small-part apartments for well-being. Which location best suits you, we will find out together!

How does your day look like • With empathy and humour you create a reliable daily routine and accompany the residents individually in the social space • Depending on the job share, you take over reference services and implement the person-centred participation planning • Through the diversity of our residents – from right to self-employed to people with challenging behavior or with some care needs – your day always remains varied • Individually ensure the physical, emotional and hygienic well-being of our residents • In addition, you work closely with our colleagues in the Housing Group, relatives and our experts, such as specialist consulting and specialist care, who support you in the work
