The area of responsibility includes the person-centred demand determination or participation of children and young people in day-to-day care and day-to-night care in the context of the Baden-Württemberg (BEI_BW) demand assessment instrument, according to the 2nd part of the Social Code (SGB) IX. Your tasks include the development of individual overall and participation plans, including personal, family and social resources. The moderation and organisation of overall plan and participation plan conferences are also part of your area of work, such as cooperation with rehabilitation agencies, social services, service providers and free institutions.
