The Corporate Procurement division is responsible for the procurement of all Otto Group business needs. The range of tasks ranges from the specification of a need, supplier talks, to the implementation of tenders, negotiations and contract closures. By pooling the needs and strategically oriented negotiations, the Corporate Procurement achieves the best possible prices for reliable, contractually secured services. The Marketing & Professional Services team consists of a total of 13 colleagues and is looking for you as a reinforcement! Many speak of “Homeoffice” – we of “hybrid or mobile work”: You can work remotely up to 50% of your monthly working hours. Our teams, together with their leadership, decide how to balance out local time and mobile work.

Insights and co-design: You will get exciting insights into the strategic purchasing of marketing & IT services. These include, for example, agencies, online marketing providers, IT consultants and consultations. Tasks and projects: You support our team in operational and strategic tasks, as well as the preparation and implementation of tenders and take over smaller projects in cooperation with the purchasing team and the departments. You are in direct contact with colleagues and service providers. Analyses: You analyze our shopping data and make it transparent. You also support the team in data consolidation and processing. Optimization: You’re questioning existing processes and processes and actively introducing your own ideas. Negotiation: You have the opportunity to support and conduct these independently in negotiations with service providers. Must-have: You are a registered student*in in the field of BWL, VWL, Economics, (economic) informatics or in a comparable degree course or you are in your Gap Year between Bachelor and Master. You can support us for 6 months from June 2026. You work very structured and are always reliable. You have already gained first practical experience in the working world. You're a communication talent and enjoy new challenges. You are open to employing you more with AI tools and using them for your work. Your language level: German C1 (skilled language use) and English B1 ( advanced language use). Nice-to-have: You are interested in topics related to shopping.
