For ProMinent GmbH we are looking for a manager (m/w/d) project sales for process and metering technology.

Head: You take over the disciplinary and professional leadership of the project offer team and promote a powerful team culture. Control: You prioritize international customer requests from our branches and ensure efficient processing. Examination: You take over the technical and commercial examination of tenders and tender requirements. Concept: You develop process-technical solution concepts for metering systems and membrane metering pumps. Offer creation: You create customized offers for specified alerts in segments such as chemistry, mining and oil & gas. Further development: You optimize application solutions for various industries such as technology industry, energy, water treatment and mining. Presentation: You prepare offer documents and present them both technically and commercially. Negotiation: You comment and negotiate commercial customer conditions sovereign. Coordination: You pass projects to the internal processing and accompany the interface communication. Structure: You design and scale a global lifting structure for project sales. Optimization: You drive forward the continuous process improvement and standardization.

Academic background: You have completed their studies in engineering, process engineering or industrial engineering. Professional experience: You bring several years of experience in the project distribution of technical capital goods. Expertise: You have profound knowledge of dosing technology, ideally related to our products. Management competence: You have detectable leadership experience in international, technical sales teams. Commercial expertise: You possess distinct commercial skills as well as experience in contract assessment and risk management.
