Own-sponsored processing and calculation of demanding building projects Creation of economically and technically sound offers taking into account project-specific requirements Examination and analysis of tender documents, performance directories, draft contracts and flat-rate requests Determining opportunities, risks and optimization potentials within the offer phase Coordination and cooperation with planning, construction management and other specialist areas Integration of internal and external specialists in complex partial calculations Support in the development of economic and innovative solutions You tune essential supply strategies and calculation approaches with the costing management and actively contribute your own technical assessment

Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification Experiences in costing, work preparation or building management are advantageous Ideally knowledge in a costing program, for example RIB iTWO Embossed technical understanding and interest in economic relations Self-employed and structured work Team spirit, commitment and initiative Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
