The Federal Real Estate Agency (BImA) is the real estate company of the Federal Government, which supports the immobility policy objectives of the Federal Government and provides the necessary areas and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and colourful real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and care of the federal nature areas. For these versatile and responsible tasks we are looking for innovative heads that think and act sustainably. Our Facility Management division builds, operates and manages a complex portfolio with exciting and versatile objects – from the ministries in Berlin and Bonn to federal courts and research institutes to the customs, federal police, federal army or the German Federal Institute of Technical Relief (THW). In dialogue with our customers, we make the way to climate-neutral real estate management. We need you for that! Do with us BImA! In order to advance our construction projects, for example for the Bundeswehr or the THW, we need you as head of the Baudienststelle area.

We make our construction measures more efficient and we also use, among other things, knowledge in the context of a construction-supervisual approval procedure throughout the federal territory. In order to achieve this, you will develop appropriate procedures for a construction service of the Federal Construction Administration within the Facility Management division at BImA. For this purpose, you will develop the conceptual and strategic orientation of all the policy issues and principles relating to the procedures, taking into account the structure of the countries. You are responsible for the preparation and presentation of all required procedural documents for submission to the competent municipalities or Construction oversights taking into account the construction and construction requirements (e.g. fire protection, species protection, neighbourhood law, soil and groundwater protection, occupational and health protection, etc.). You are responsible for the construction execution by the main facilities facility management and, in the respective procedures, together with your team of experts, ensure the implementation of the requirements and plans presented. As an experienced manager, you develop and motivate your team We work mobile and flexible. However, on the service post/workplace occasional missions, including throughout the federal territory, are incurred. These missions are generally planned with sufficient chronological advance, so that the reconciliation of family and occupation is guaranteed.

You will have a completed academic degree in the fields of architecture or civil engineering. You have in-depth expertise and several years of experience in the planning and implementation of large construction projects as well as in the contractor's representation. You will bring well-founded knowledge and practical experience in the implementation of approval procedures in accordance with the building regulations of the countries and will certainly apply them to your working day. You have very good knowledge and experience in the application of legal and administrative provisions relating to public works, in particular MBO, BauGB, Baunebenrechtsgebiet, RBBau, VOB/A and VOB/B, VgV, HOAI. You can demonstrate knowledge and experience in real estate management and facility management. You are willing to take responsibility for leadership and have appropriate leadership experience. You demonstrate the gender competence required for the job and consistently implement the objectives of the Federal Equality Act.
