Technical Sales Support Manager Europe (m/f/d)

Technical Sales & Customer Consulting Technical advice and support of the sales team as well as our customers on products, processes and system solutions Creation, discussion and explanation of technical interpretations and process concepts for dipped UF and MBR systems Accompanying the entire sales process as a technical contact – from the first request to the implementation Transforming both the technical advantages and the commercial added value of our solutions as an integral part of the sales team Pilot projects, commissioning & technical support Planning, construction, commissioning and reconstruction of pilot plants – remote and/or on site Conducting Site Visits, Pilot Tests, Water Testing and Testing at Customers Regular inspection, maintenance and technical support of existing CERAFILTEC plants Analysis, diagnosis and optimization of plant performance on site Onsite and Remote Troubleshooting for technical issues Cooperation & documentation Close cooperation with engineering, product development and international sales teams Translation of customer requirements into technically feasible system designs Creation, adaptation and maintenance of technical documentation (e.g. design guidelines, functional descriptions, process documents) Careful documentation of all relevant activities and compilation of meaningful technical reports Ensuring a clean technical handover to the execution and project teams Further development and market observation Active observation of market trends, new membrane technologies and competitive developments Contribution to the continuous development of our technical solutions Promoting a solution-oriented, collaborative approach across technical and commercial functions

Complete Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Similar At least 5 years of professional experience in water or wastewater treatment, ideally focusing on MBR and membrane technologies Very good understanding of:process and system design Hydraulics, pipeline construction and pump systems Water

Experience in technical customer contact as well as in the advice of systems in need of explanation Secure handling of MS Excel and PowerPoint Embossed communication and presentation skills Ability to prepare complex technical issues in a comprehensible manner for different target groups Team-oriented, structured and independent working International cooperation and intercultural openness Readiness for customer visits, project assignments and international meetings Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
