Your tasks

Community & Diversity:You create offers that are as individual as our participants.

Consulting & Support: You are there for our participants – in the advisory and supportive function you help them to strengthen their personal and social skills.

Document & Evaluation:You have the look for progress and keep it in the rehaplan discussions and documentation.

**Free time is time for talents with us – you plan the highlights that remain in memory. Whether sports, creativity or excursions, you fill the free time with life.

Your profile

Qualifications:You have completed training as an educator or nurse and have ideally gained first experience in youth work and with our target group.

**You have a sense for people and respond to our participants with real appreciation.

Engagement:You are characterized by a high degree of commitment, work independently and independently and have a strong communication capability to act successfully both in the team and with the young.

Flexibility:You ideally have a class B licence and are ready to work in the evening hours and every four weeks on the weekend. In addition, you can provide proof of the currently applicable legal obligation of a proof of immunity under § 20 Infection Protection Act.
