The group-wide environmental management system according to ISO 14001 and the energy management system in Germany according to ISO 50001 together with an experienced colleague You develop specifications and processes, advise the environmental and energy officers of our international production sites and take over their technical guidance Together with colleagues, you are driving forward the further development of the integrated management system, creating synergies between ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 as well as 50001 and conducting international internal environmental and energy audits You develop group-wide ecological standards and integrate them into relevant processes You support the achievement of the group-wide environmental, energy and climate goals, carry out evaluations, accompany the implementation of measures and support internal and external reporting You are competent internal contact persons of the subsidiaries and research and development on waste and recycling You actively participate in the further development of our sustainability strategy and are responsible for the implementation of resulting projects in close coordination with the specialist areas

Qualification: Complete study with technical or environmental focus Experience: At least 5 years of professional experience in handling environmental and energy management systems according to ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 in an internationally producing company Know-how and skills: experience in project management, presentation of workshops and presentation of results; safe handling of MS Office Nice to have: knowledge of circular economy and waste management Personality: Analytical skills, process-oriented working, collaborative ability, reliability and persuasiveness Language knowledge: Very good knowledge of English in word and writing
