The focus of your activity is to monitor outlay, earnings and interim accounts as well as to ensure proper accounting of business transactions. In addition, you contribute to the creation of the annual financial statements and the segment reports of KIT.

As a public legal entity, KIT is subject to reporting to various authorities. In this context, you support the creation of statistics and reports, for example for grantors or the National Statistical Office. In addition, you process tax issues and are responsible, among other things, for the creation of the monthly sales tax pre-registrations. You have a completed degree in economics (Bachelor) or a training as an accounting officer with several years of professional experience. We require very good knowledge of tax law. Knowledge in public budgetary law, in particular the regulations for HGF and for the universities of Baden-Württemberg, are of advantage. Experience in dealing with MS Office programs Word and Excel, SAP knowledge as well as a careful, dedicated and team-oriented way of working round off your profile.
