To support the Column Strategy & Digitization team, we are looking for an internship in the field of strategy and digital transformation. The team coordinates the overarching functional strategies of Mercedes-Benz Operations (MO) and develops them forward-looking. You support the strategic orientation and communication of relevant topics, participate in formats for the integration of employees and accompany cross-departmental initiatives of digital transformation. A special focus is on the development and implementation of measures to promote digital skills. Your tasks in detail: Support in the planning, control and control of strategic projects and work packages Own creation of communication and presentation documents for management and management bodies Participation in the design, organisation and follow-up of meetings and workshops Development of concepts for strategy development and digital transformation and support in their implementation Support in the development and introduction of new methods, processes and digital tools to ensure project success The activity can begin from March 2027.
