From mid-September, we will be part of our HR Global Mobility Team at the Munich site. With us, you have the opportunity to get an insight into the global mobility daily business, to introduce your ideas and to take over the following tasks in the context of international employees: Processing and approval of international business trips via the internal Business Traveller Tool and related requests search and provision of all necessary travel information and documents, such as entry and visa requirements, EU declarations and A1 certificates Coordination with external service providers, internal contact persons:internal and foreign authorities Exhibiting invitation and sending letters and general administrative and organisational tasks This is your team: You are part of a closely linked and highly motivated team at the Munich site.
