Coordinator (m/w/d) in sustainability and quality management in Dublin in full time

Support in the development and implementation of the company-wide sustainability strategy Cooperation with different locations and departments to promote sustainable practices Development, implementation and continuous monitoring of KPIs for targeted measurement of progress within the framework of the sustainability strategy Creation of reports and presentations on sustainability services and initiatives for internal and external stakeholders Support in the planning and implementation of the annual double materiality analysis Tracking regulatory developments in ESG and its impact on the company Conception of solutions based on common normative and legal requirements Regular assessments of sustainability platforms (e.g. EcoVadis, IntegrityNext) deriving concrete improvement measures from the evaluation results and controlling and following the implementation of these measures

Graduate degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science or Economics such as Economic Engineering, Logistics Management, Green Technology Management, Environmental Engineering or Comparative Qualification Knowledge of regulatory and normative requirements in the field of sustainability (CSRD, EU-Taxonomy, LkSG, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, SA8000 etc.) Experience in the logistics and transport industry Data competence, evaluation strength and analytical thinking Good MS Office knowledge Very good German and good English skills Excellent communication and presentation skills High level of self-sufficiency, openness, team skills and readiness to learn
