Careful processing and comprehensive analysis of credit and leasing requests for private and commercial customers in compliance with the first-in-first-out principle (FIFO) with credit volumes of up to 250,000 euros per customer Self-fulfilment of sound credit checks and meetings of independent credit decisions within the framework of the competence regulation Preparation and sound assessment of credit decisions outside its own competence Direct, professional and customer-oriented communication with car homes to credit decisions via chat and phone incl. Explanation of conditions, clarification of questions and presentation of grounds for refusal Requirement, testing and evaluation of additional relevant documents to secure credit decisions Detection and assessment of increased risks, especially in case of suspected fraud Proactive identification of optimization options as well as detection and elimination of process weaknesses Ensuring compliance with relevant quality and quantity requirements as well as all compliance guidelines including Money laundering and fraud prevention measures

Completed commercial or comparable training, ideally as a bank merchant or wife, and professional experience Experience in the automotive industry and leasing business Basic knowledge of balance sheet analyses desirable Risk and responsibility awareness Self-employed and accurate working Communication strength, loadability, flexibility and team orientation
