In the real estate & housing sector, the position of the building financing assistance (m/w/d) in parttime (approx. 16 hours/week) has to be occupied. In this function, our building finance consultants and intermediaries support you in day-to-day business and contribute to a smooth operation in the building finance business with your structured work.

Your duties Administrative support in the construction finance business You support our construction finance consultants and intermediaries in organisational and administrative tasks. Data management and system processing You accept computer-assisted inputs and process processes in our systems reliably and carefully. Customer service and information You answer customer requests for products and services in the construction finance and brokering business and provide service-oriented support. scheduling and coordination You organize and coordinate appointments for customer discussions and support in preparation. General organization and telephone service You take over tasks in the office organization and are contact persons for telephone issues. Signal detection and sales support You identify customer needs and sales opportunities and forward them specifically to the relevant consultants.
