The Supervisory and Corporate Participation Department combines the audit and consulting mandate of an internal audit with the consulting and controlling tasks of a participation management. We are central contact persons for the management and controlling of DLR's participations at any stage – initiation, administration, processing.

In an interdisciplinary environment, you are responsible for the administrative and legal interests of DLR vis-à-vis its subsidiaries and internally and externally for professional and smooth management of the participation business. Your tasks manage individual, including international participations and networks of DLR analyse and assess legal and economic issues of participation Contracts and participation structures Take over mandates in holdings Advising, supporting and preparing mandates and decision-makers from DLR Supporting spin-offs from DLR legally and economically Organize and conduct negotiations

completed university studies in law (1st and 2nd State Exams, Full Law Officer) good business knowledge deepened knowledge, in particular in company law relevant professional experience (the job is in principle not suitable for professional starters) Experience in working with bodies and conceptual action good IT skills beyond the usual (Microsoft Office) very good English skills (at least level C1) and useful French skills Remuneration shall be carried out in accordance with the applicable collective agreements of the public service (Bund) up to the remuneration group 14.
