Specialist Securities Settlement – Physical Papers / Vault (m/w/d)

The “Securities Custody Services” division is responsible for the further development of the services of the securities business for Client Solutions, Corporates and the Private Bank. Main objectives of the unit are the internalization and integration of back-office activities incl. Building a back office technology platform and harmonisation of providers in the field of securities deposit services to create a simplified, standardized target model and subsequent operational operation of the target model.

Position type: Full-time/Part-time UniCredit Bank GmbH plans to map the settlement of physical securities (e.g. effective pieces, registered shares, certificates) in its own house. The aim is to integrate the currently outsourced tresor/vault infrastructure into the bank, including settlement processes, and to establish a stable operational operation. To support this project, we are looking for an experienced profile (m/w/d) with a deep understanding of physical securities processing and project competence.

Recording, analysis and documentation of existing processes for physical securities processing Conception and construction of an internal operating structure for storing, storing and processing physical papers (Tresor/Vault operations) Participation in building security, transport and access processes Definition and introduction of processes for delivery/delivery, rewriting, registered stock management, warehouse management and transfer documentation Interface coordination with departments, IT, securities processing Compilation of the control and risk management framework in the context of physical holdings Creation and maintenance of process documentation, training documents and handover to line operation Project coordination, project cooperation and reporting to the overall project management
