Technical employee in internal sales (m/f/d)

You clarify customer requests in technical terms and develop systemic solutions including the calculation according to the costing requirement and the provision of services You strengthen our partners through technical clarification during the offer phase You ensure the follow-up of offers and clarification of requests and the documentation of corresponding customer contacts You take over the technical information distribution of existing and new customers including pre- & after sales activities You are responsible for the order processing of projects, the post-calculation of orders and the complaint management You take over compliance sanctions and check customs and export documents Customs Tariff numbers and product names in relation to EU/UN sanctions

You have a successfully completed commercial training with technical background. They're at least. 3 years of professional experience in the technical environment You have a particularly pronounced technical understanding and find themselves in solution-oriented thinking You have very good knowledge of MS Office and already have experience working with CRM and ERP (SAP) You have very good German and negotiated English knowledge in word and writing You work with a high degree of autonomy and self-initiative You are friendly and communicative and their team capacity allows you to successfully handle colleagues and customers
