Strengthen the team of DEKRA Akademie GmbH at our location in Nordhorn. The place is to be occupied in part-time for 32 hours/week and is limited to one year.

You advise our customers and participants holisticly and competently on our training offers You are a coach and contact person for our participants and take on the pedagogical support You control educational projects process-oriented according to QM requirements and are responsible for documentation You give impetus to the content design and implementation of the projects You support commercial activities within the framework of seminar and course management You communicate bindingly and customer-oriented with stakeholders (enterprises, associations and institutions)

Study of pedagogy, economic pedagogy, social pedagogy, social work, educational management, state-approved educators, curative teachers or comparable training Including professional experience in adult education Ada-Schein Experience in pedagogical work with different target groups Coaching certification or experience in project management in publicly funded training desirable High level of initiative and sense of responsibility Team skills and entrepreneurship
